Had My Last Session Today

So we were only 4-5 Session in on our Frost Maiden campaign, but I've officially left the group. It was fun, and I'll miss my comrades dearly, but my scheduling for Basic and A-School won't allow for our usual sessions to be held.

I got to say I was pretty proud of myself for this one; my barbarian managed to subdue an enemy, almost kill-off our dedicated rogue and survive 4 different random encounters on their own without taking a single hit.

---

Subduing the enemy was easy enough, just grappled her so we could interrogate, but the sorcerer decided to just throw a fireball at her while I was holding her down; so that was boring.

Almost killing off the rogue was hilarious though. The only thing left in the castle after we cleared everything was a random lever we found and no-body touched it. Well, since the sorcerer stormed off leaving me, the rogue and our other barbarian alone, I decided to pull it. The (other)barbarian decided to stay by the entrance while tge rogue watched from the safety of the room next door. Well, when I pulled the lever the trap tgatvtge rogue was standing on got set off and ge dropped down to -80/82 HP. We revived him and I had the other barbarian fly him back to town while I hoofed it back.

While walking, I triggered 4 random encounters(3 wild animals, a pack of orcs, 1 frost giant and finally 2 werewolves/a gnoll/pet dire wolf). These 4 encounters should been more than enough to take out my 12th lvl barbarian, but the DM made 1 mistake. He forgot I only had 8 levels in barbarian and 4 levels in rogue, so I had a +10 to stealth. Let's just say the dice gods favored me, cause the lowest I rolled to avoid the groups was a 21. So h8ght stealth with tge fact that I can move 100 ft. on a single turn using my bonus action means I simply walked passed everyone to go and meet up with the rest of the party.

I gotta say, it's been fun. I'll miss my companions, but at least we had a good final session. Our adventures were filled with laughter, valor and frustration. But it was all worth it in the end.
