Do you hate when people look away from the road when driving? Or play with their phone?

My Dad was run down and killed by a distracted driver. If it were up to me, anyone caught talking or texting while driving would lose their license forever.

I have actually been rear ended by a woman on her cell phone. She was right behind me at a red light, and we were stopped. I pulled ahead when the traffic did, but she wasn't paying attention, and I don't think she even looked up from her phone when she hit the gas. She hit me so hard the moon roof flew open, and all the stuff in my console cubby flew out.

I had a pre-existing condition with visual migraines, and the impact took that to a whole new level. My face froze on one side like I had a stroke, and my eyes would seem to cross all by themselves...at least, that's what I was seeing...but when I looked in a mirror my eyes looked normal. That kept on for quite a long time, and was accompanied by vertigo.

What I really hate is when people eat Wcdonalds while driving! I'm not going to call names but I witnessed someone holding a burger and stuffing he's fat face with fries while driving! He would occasionally drive off centre and scare the shite out of me..

Yes,here in England using a phone while driving is an offence that can lead to courts taking away driving licences.A hefty fine is always given.It breaks the focus of driving and is extremely dangerous.People have died.
