I had a 1964 Malibu with a 1970 SS 350 with fuely heads and a 3-speed automatic. I put a bang shifter in it. It was so much fun. Rolling down the street and chirping every gear change. lol

@SimpleMan2000 The engine and tranny came from a 1970 Impala SS. We did a swap. He took my 6 with powerglide and gave me his 8. He wanted a daily driver with better gas mileage.
