They need to make cars with a heat dispersing feature for safety

In the interior of parked cars in the summer.. like some automatic fan vent cooling system if it gets over x amount degrees.. it can be solar charged by roofing panels on the roof and hood and trunk.. .. it needs to happen.. its a matter of life and death to some.. and it needs to be prevented.. (deadly heat buildup in enclosed cars)

I’m saying there needs to be a permanent solution to this issue.. cars parked in hot climates in direct sun, should not be death traps to beings inside.. this shouldn't be happening and needs to be permanently changed in the future of car manufacturing so that this does not happen at all. I’m not asking for ways to cool an existing car. Im saying that the way cars are made needs to permanently change so that heat traps never happen in them ever again.. there needs to be heat escape vent permanently built in. And a solar cooling factor would be nice too..
