Have you ever riden in a station wagon with the fake wood panels? My parents owned one back in the 70s. We drove from Michigan to Florida in it.

We had a Pinto wagon, as best as I can remember it had wood grain but that was a very long time ago and we didn't have it long before it was totaled.

@caccoon ours had a reversable back seat so we could sit facing the cars behind us. It was kinda awkward though, driving down the highway staring at the people behind us.
