Hopefully we are pulling the camper to the beach for a month. My husband can work from there. I’m very excited - no vacation for several years and no beach since 2019.

@Stereoguy ok - nice. I have been in the Tampa / St Pete area before. The little islands off the coast there. Lovely place - guess you’re south of there - maybe Ft Myers or Cape Coral.

we've talked about it but to many crazies out there. a vacation is supposed to be relaxing not worrying about whether your flight is going to be delayed or even arrive where it's going. not to mention the incidents on planes with the wackoos going crazy

I'm driving down to NY to visit friends and relatives late next week and staying through the end of the month. Then, in October, I have a couple of friends who will be coming up for a visit to enjoy the fall weather in New England. Looking forward to it because I know this winter will be another tough one.

Not a vacation, but I'm planning to install a bicycle rack on the rear of my car so that'll mean I'll be cycling around Italy from fall to spring hopefully (when I'm not working of course, i.e. weekends) 😌

@Stereoguy yea! It was originally planned to be a cruise to the Bahamas leaving from Florida that same week but after 2 years of planning the couple started to get too much flack from family members saying they don’t want to take a cruise with covid still out there so they cancelled the cruise. Now they’re just renting like three 10 bed room vacation houses for us & we’re figuring out what we’re going to be doing when we meet up this Saturday to discuss it.
