Who's the one person everyone hates at your workplace who gets trashed and get criticized unfairly and gets disrespected the hardest by other people?
There's bunch of different reasons there's one person peopel dislike in a (possible fully WFH) workplace, sometimes it's the nepotistic itern, sometimes it's the new kid who thinks he knows it all, and sometimes it's the classic crap manager. Who is it where you work? How do you deal with tryhard coworkers?
These guys are working at 8-9PM every night sending emails making everyone aware they are working on non critical issues. I don’t believe in working after hours unless it’s an outage or something critical. Should I just ignore them and let them work themselves to death or should I try and keep up?
