Don't mind me

It's interesting that there's quite a number of lonely people on SW, yet most of them actively choose to avoid getting close to others.

Different kinds of loneliness though.
Some loneliness is there for short periods of time and that itch is met without any deeper friendship commitments.
Some loneliness is a kind of emptiness the person may not even understand themselves and no amount of interaction will be enough, so closeness to another person is out of question.
Some loneliness does seek people but they keep getting rejected. 🤷
