I get a little annoyed when they come back with new profile names and I realize its the same ol' malcontent loser back again looking for validation.

At least keep your old user name or make it something obvious so we know you came back.

I think they are feeling some stress.
Maybe they will leave, maybe they won't, and if they leave, they may very well come back. It's out of my hands. I wish them well, whatever that means for them.

I think they are not being honest with themselves. They don't want to actually leave forever. They want someone to give a fuck that they exist.

I say this in all awareness that I've done it a couple of times myself. I am now honest enough with myself that I say I'm taking a break, rather than saying I'm leaving forever, because obviously, that's a lie.
