Pretty smart, really. The deli could specialize in Sloppy Joe's, Philly Cheesesteaks, and other messy foods, and then get paid to clean their food off your clothes. :)
One stop errand shopping, I guess. I'm sure that the person who takes in the shoe repairs is different from the sandwich making guy. MY concern would be the dry cleaning fumes, which would probably contaminate the food.
