I've managed to injure my arm while working out

The funny thing is that it's leg day.

I wish I wasn't being serious rn 😂 this is the 2nd time this has happened

Sorry, I have also injured myself on occasion working out and it’s not fun. I really had to learn a bit of a lesson that last time. Think it’s happened 2-3 times now.

you gotta keep good form when working out , remember your body is all you have, some people have injured themselves so badly while working out they could never work out again. train as heavy as you can but mind ur form and the way u hold the weights 2

@Eternity my workout has back squats and then deadlifts.

As I was doing a lighter weight on the last set, I thought it'd be safe to lift the bar overhead and lower it, rather than putting it back on the squat rack.

It wasn't 😂
