Obergruppenführer is a rank in the Waffen SS not a pronoun.The raised arm salute is known as the Deutsche Gruss or German greeting when used by National Socialists.

National Socialism by definition calls for the state sponsored murder of sections of the community. So by allying yourself with that regime you are demanding that people are hurt.

If you want to upset people at least try to be accurate. There is nothing amusing about the Third Reich.
