Did you ever have a co worker who you once got along with suddenly turn on you?

We hired a new receptionist is July. The first two weeks were good. Then she accused me of trying to get her into trouble because I told one of the lawyers in the office to give her clear instructions on things until she gets the hang of it. This was a problem in the past and the reason our last receptionist left. Then she started deleting data from our trust account software. She said it was an accident yet she deleted so many entries that it took me a day to correct. She also started deleting invoices and I made her explain the reason why to our accountant. Then she stopped speaking to everyone in the office. She’s a complete fucking nightmare now. She’s actually out of control at this point
