i really do miss

the days when i could buy a hard copy of a video game, load it onto my computer and play it without having to figure out how to download it on the internet and play against a bunch of other people. I don't do well with multi-player games. I want to play Dungeons & Dragons but I don't want 50 other people involved.

I agree with you about buying a CD that is just the way to download the goddamn game
I want the hard copy. I don't want to wait four and a half hours to play the game I just spent $85 on.
@Dainbramadge I paid $140 for the full version of Civilization and waited over 24 hours for the game to download and then it didn't work.

@istillhaveanameitsrick oh yeah and then you have to make sure that it's a single player game. All the damn games they make now are like you said multiplayer. That's a cheap ass rip off if I ever seen one.

@istillhaveanameitsrick deathmatch, capture the flag, last Man standing we're all game options at the beginning. Now it's the damn staple.

I just use iPad games. Can’t bother with all that crap. I had Intellivision back in the day.
@Human1000 I had an Odyssey and then a few years later upgraded to a Nintendo. Now I have a laptop and get stuck playing games with a bunch of strangers.

@istillhaveanameitsrick Sometime I just want to blow shit up! (On video game, dear Admins)
