After 6 decades of self loathing, self destructing and bad decisions, I can actually say, out loud to myself, "I love you" I like me and can finally, comfortably say positive things about me. It took some work and self-reflection but, worth every bit of it. We all have the ability to love ourselves.

I am not totally fair to myself yet. I have come a looong long way though! got a couple of more miles to finish this 🧡 I'm almost there Soossie 😊 and I've done all the work and i keep on doing it.

There's no such thing as "fair". It's an illusion we convince ourselves of.

Life doesn't promise anyone anything. What is good and "fair" for me will not be for you or the next guy.
