It seems like coming home

I can't tell you how much I've missed this platform. It is almost identical to the old Experience Project (we called in E.P. then). It seems like so much longer than four years since it shut down in 2017. I was stuck using Facebook. But, then, Facebook wasn't as bad then as it is today. I'm just so glad to have Similar Worlds.

This site [i]used[/i] to be like EP. Then they started changing it and most of the original veterans left. Now it is nothing like EP at all.

@Northguy1 it opened shortly after EP closed and a ton of us came here from there. But over the years (especially this last one) the quality has severely declined.

@PrivateHell That is soooo too bad. EP was the most therapeutic thing on the internet I'd found. I was going through hell at the time I found EP, and it really kept me going.

@Gangstress Privatehell just mentioned the changes. It is still better than Facebook, though. Facebook isn't even a platform anymore. Now it's a publisher.
