What tree is this? These leaves are from the same tree.

I have no clue what it is. I don't think it's sassafras, but I could be wrong.

A tree from the Chernobyl area?

Definitely not sassafras.
Dig a finger size Sassafras root,it smells like ROOT Beer, unsurprisingly!
