Do you like spicy foods?

If so, go for Mexican, Spanish or Indian spicy foods.

You can also try anything with clams or white fish.

Lemon Water
Gatorade , get the watery ones and drink water in between because gatorades are filled with sodium..

stay away from as much sugar as possible. Sugar is in a lot of stuff and some sugar is okay, but try to avoid too much if possible... I was told not to eat bananas if you're sick they have a lot of sugar.

Just make sure you eat please. even if you don't feel like it,eating is helping to fight the virus off. The virus wants to keep you from eating. Eat!

That's all I can think of. There was a paper my doctor gave me when I got tested for covid last year and this year with a lot of tips. I was just randomly getting tested. Thank God i didn't have it, but yeah. My sister had covid so I'll ask her if she has any advice. I actually gave her some of the advice , but can't remember it all and can't remember it all or find the paper. She did report to me that the lemon water helped her a lot.

Add ginger in some of your food. Even if it's ground ginger.

Melatonin if you can't sleep.

Hope this helps!

Get well soon
I'd say things that will be easy for you to grab and eat, do not require a lot of preparation. I couldn't really eat much for the first couple of weeks. My diet once I could eat again consisted of bland oatmeal, rice, unsweetened applesauce, cucumbers, red peppers, blueberries, and broth with toast.
All I wanted was ginger ale and bananas.

Please rest and get well soon.

so sorry to hear that. have you considered getting treated? if you are covid positive and early in the illness and mildly symptomatic you may qualify for antibody therapy. Look for a treatment center that offers Remdesivir.

May I suggest.. Raw garlic. With food or you can just keep it in your mouth like a candy. Unpleasant, I know, but it is something like a natural antibiotic. And you can do the same with ginger, also raw if you can find. At home we keep some ginger on small pieces in vinegar so it doesn't perish too fast. And we grab one everyday in colder seasons . It is important to drink a lot of water. I also suggest tea with lemon, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and maybe even a little cardammon. If you can eat spicy it is also good. Drink a little hard alcohol (with measure) but slowly making sure it passes well through your throat burning down all the bad stuff ;). If you can get your hands on real natural yoghurt (tastes a little sour, has Lactobacillus bulgaricus) it is good to keep your stomach and intestines balanced and healthy and it feels nice especially after a spicy meal. Btw, remember that good sleep and laughter are the best medicine:) ***i might have had covid before the measures XD I wish you to go though it lightly and quickly!
