I guess whatever activity that doesn't involve fighting or even talking with others on the internet: movies, books, music, photographing, drawing, coloring, sculpting, arts and crafts, memorize something, learning new languages, new skills, puzzles, solitaire, walking, running, etc.

If you do want to find others to talk to but not getting into fights. Maybe a pen pal website, but you have to screen the people. In Interpals you can block certain groups from contacting you, based on age, country, sex. But be careful there are scammers.
I also sometimes play the game Second Life. I would say it is the most relaxing social game I've come across. I can easily avoid people I don't want to talk to there. They have groups you can join for support, so you can just pick people within that group if you want. They have nice relaxing places you can explore, by yourself or with someone. The problem is it can be difficult to learn at first.
