What if ? You was stuck in an island with a tricky crisis situation?

I know a lot of people have different views on the situation OK so if you’re stuck in the island and you love one whether it’s a friend a spouse boyfriend girlfriend a lover or a family member they’re were injured the only way to get them out is amputation and I strongly don’t believe in that they rather die what do you do? And if you do so it will change your relationship with that person you might not even be in their life because of it will you still do it or not?
