When depressed/stress how long did it take you to get back to your good routines?

If you stop cleaning how long it took you to clean again or cooking or any good routine? Just wondering if it’s hard to get back to good routines I know how depression and stress and stop you from doing a lot

Depression sucks. For me it takes long periods of time when I get in the slumps. I hope stuff improves
For a long while, then suddenly I wake up and I'm like 'damn, I need to clean'.

I think it is different for each person to get back into their normal routine. Somethings might be easier than others to get back to normal. No time limit.

I force myself to clean my apartment and myself no matter what but it can take months to get back to cooking, exercising, or making things.

Look me easier to exercise n cook more then clean but I still did dishes n trash other cleaning took a little longer to get back on @summersong

It hasn't. I'll always have clinical depression plus anxiety and panic attacks. Started in 6th grade.

The hardest part is overcoming inertia.
