I generally don't unless I'm really happy with or disappointed by a product. I'll also usually only buy stuff that is sold and shipped from Amazon to avoid those types of sellers. Some of them will harass you just to get you to leave a review, and that's incredibly annoying.

You can report that to Amazon. Sellers are not permitted to harass customers

No, and that seems another reason for continuing to avoid using Amazon; though I assume leaving a review is voluntary.
