Every now and then they see the light of day, but life gets busy and it's easier to carry them around in a sack

I lost the sack some years ago

They were taken away years ago. But always remained in my head. Now I'm able to look at & review/update them. If I give up I start going backwards. There's still life in this old dog.
Patience & persistence.
