I've been a part of the Telemental Health program through the VA for about four months now. We meet once a week and I can tell you it's one of the best things to happen to me in a long time. Though, sometimes mine will have some connection issues and we finish up on the phone, it's made a world of difference not just for my mental health, but my physical health as well.

@JupiterDreams Finding my therapist was like finding my wife, a real stroke of luck. I was seeing a therapist who I just wasn't jelling with, and rather than get the shits she went, you know what! I think I know of someone who might better for you, and she was right!
