Not if you haven't paid taxes on it and you got that break with the promise you would use it for retirement instead of being a burden to society in your later years. This is a one-time exemption from the penalty, not the taxes, but it's about the worst idea to tap into it now.

@MarkPaul No no no, it is the BEST IDEA for Trumpansies to do. They should cash it all out now and buy up as much toilet paper and ammo that they can find.

Jesus is coming and they're going to need all that cash to buy their way up to the front of the entrance line.

The ammo is to keep filthy libs from stealing their hundreds of dollars.
