Okay so months ago I cut my penis not on purpose but I split the end of my foreskin.. It seems to have healed nicely but the skin there is lighter than the rest. Still a healthy colour it just doesn't match the rest. So I'm wondering if that is scarring or maybe a skin condition idk.
