I recently was hospitalized, and I think some of the meds given may have caused constipation. That said, I am now eating fiber, drinking plenty of fluids and things seem to be getting better.

Try Miralax along with the Metamucil. My Doctor friends say everyone should, everyday. Also be sure to drink a lot of water everyday:)

Colace caps … once daily will help also!

🤦🏻‍♀️ Omg ! Metamucil 3x day every day until things move ... the 2xday as maintainence . It’ll get worse before it gets better

for immediate relief... laxative... once back to normal, lots of water, fruit & veg, anything with lots of fiber to keep ye 'regular'

That happened to me after I had surgery and had to take opiates for a while. I felt like my bowls were going to be the end of me

Eat more fruit and veggies, nature's broom.

Add fruits and whole grains.
