I usually like to hit the bag. Sometimes I'll go for a drive and just blast metal to sing along to, and that helps me a bit too

Intensely violent video games, like DOOM or Hotline Miami. Beat the shit out of the punching bag until I split my knuckles enough I decide to stop.
