What good is apologizing. It's just a word or a bunch of them. Words are meaningless. Actions are everything.

@lulaluboo As long as I can tell they really mean it, then yes, I would rather they apologize for saying/doing something hurtful. I don't believe words are entirely meaningless, but you do have a point about actions speaking louder.

It's just that people can't take back what they've done. So in my book sorry is just an excuse. ☺

@lulaluboo No, but they can promise to do better next time and deliver on their word. If they can show it their actions, then in my opinion, it's worth expressing in words too :)
