How do I plan a marriage ceremony with only 6 days left?

We have a Pastor, 6 days before our application for our marriage license expires, and no extra money. I could probably use 100 out of the next paycheck on Wednesday but that's it. We planned on just going up to the mountains with a couple of close family members for witnesses but now it's snowing. We don't like large crowds much so we are staying away from public places. Any ideas besides just using a house? Maybe we could just make a day in the snow out of it?

@JustLikeGreta I got on Google Earth and started scanning the area for any park like settings that wasn't a park. I came across this hotel called Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn that has a huge Japanese garden. They didn't reply back to me until the day of the ceremony but it was ok because just a few family members were going anyway. Amazingly the hotel let me use their garden for free. It went great.
