I’m trying to get into yoga

It’s damn difficult. I notice how inflexible I’m getting lately, though, even though I work out and train.
It’s almost discouraging to have so much difficulty doing those poses. I guess it eventually improves. I’m worried about my joints. Never thought much about them before.

It's not about doing crazy poses, its about stretching [b]your[/b] body. If its stretching your muscles its working how its supposed to.

Your breathing matters so much in Yoga. I don't think many beginners realize they need to relax and take it easy. And start with the basics, do it gradually.

You aren't supposed to do the exact poses with every detail.

You are probably already doing so well.

Start off with just regular stretching until you have the flexibility to hold those positions easily

It does improve really nicely, just after a month you'll notice a difference. Good luck
