Feel sad today, how about you?

@Eddiesolds I just forget because it’s the evening set of capsules I take and i go to bed forgetting about them. Yes I need to take them earlier in the day. I’m all stiff and aching and it won’t go away. I cleaned out my car this morning and started hurting pretty good.

@cherokeepatti sorry to hear it Patti.I hope the pain goes away soon.My neck is really bad. I dont have a clue what I did. I'm sick of the pain.

@Eddiesolds Neck and back pain can be miserable. I have a big bottle of Nature Made fish oil caps and need to start taking them earlier in the day since I kept forgetting them. I take Boswellia when I can’t stand the pain, take MSM and collagen supplements too. I didn’t realize how much fish oil was helping with the inflammation. I can’t take any prescription or OTC meds because they are too harsh on my stomach. I went to a chiropractor about 14 years ago and got therapy done because my spine was curving and I felt like I was going to fall down the stairs at work. He asked me to get a set of x-rays done before he would work on my back. I have bone spurs, degeneration in some of my neck & back, and rheumatoid arthritis was showing up on my spine too (have had it for almost 30 years now). I generally can do about 2 hours worth of chores before my back starts up, can only bend so much in a day I think because of the bone spurs.
