If you see a stranger and think they’re attractive, should you tell them?

Think about you, you’ll probably never see this stranger again. Unless you see this stranger often or something.

I’ve done that to both men and women.
Though in a less direct manner…
I would compliment what they’re wearing or their nice hairstyle, or their smile.

I wouldn’t want to put them in an awkward position, so I would usually just say it and walk away.

I won’t walk up to them to say it.
Only if they are within accessible
proximity… and if we are both aware of each other’s presence jn that area.

Usually it would be places like coffeeshops, hotel lobbies, or grocery stores. Quick compliment, smile and bye.

@CookieCrumbs Here its not considered proper to talk to strangers, especially ladies if you are a male. Its equivalent to eve teasing!
I would sometimes make an admiring look and pass on.
