My anxiety is killer. I just stick with my girlfriend, parents, and people I chat with here. I’m done forcing myself into uncomfortable situations just to be more social. I’m just sticking with my comfort zone.

@Stark i think it only gets worse with age tbh. I never use to leave events early but now its like as soon as my social buzz is gone im leaving 😂

@Stark I can see that but I grew up isolated from people and am still isolated a lot so it doesn't take a lot to make me happy. Lol

@Stark that's why being with family isn't the exhausting chore. Friends should be able to the samething. Like why do we have to make meaningless small talk and not being doing and making cool ass shit?

Try outside socializing. Bonfires, beaches, outdoor bars. It's way more chill when you can just drift away easily after you had your fill.
