When was the one time someone amazed you with their level of maturity?

Or maybe it's you that amazed them. Your story to tell.

My kid amazes me all the time with how mature he behaves. But that's because I still tend to think of him as my baby who need to be looked after all the time when he is a teenager who can do all kinds of stuff for himself and doesn't need to be "mommed" all the time.

My husband amazes me with his immaturity sometimes.

I think it was me amazed them, when i traveled in another country alone at 16 for the first time going away without my parents

@Casheyane Yes. My family friends had a farm in africa (Tanzania), and their daughter was my friend and still is. When i found oit they were going there for a holiday i begged my parents to let me go with them..They ended up going withiut me because my dad couldn't make his mind up to let me go. Then my mom assured him and begged on my behalf, 5 days later dad chilled and said ok..if anything happens to me would be mom fault lol..anyway they organised everything, dropped me at the airport and viola....Got picked up from the airport ( the other family) and we stayed for 6 weeks. It was amazing... I saw Kilimanjaro, massai tribe, Serengeti park in kenya etc...i will never forget. But then since i am hooked on travelling hence i am not even home now lol
