If steroids and drugs are illegal for athletes...?

Why is image editing/filtering allowed in modeling and autotune allowed in the music industry?? 馃

its called a double standard... Muscle builders still pump steroids like they are protein shakes... but sports are to be about skill not size of muscles....

In modelling and the music industry you need to focus on yourself, and you can't control the playing field which is numerous and always expanding

At the elite level, athletes are rightfully concerned about their few top rivals and what they're doing to improve

There's something called Melodyne that has less artifacts than Autotune. Even live singing can have pitch correction now.

@uncalled4 that's insanity

@SW-User Yup. I can see if you're a struggling band with no money and you have one or two notes that suck, but apart from that, seems like cheating. Melodyne can be used as a vocal effect. Lord Huron's "The Night We Met" has it all over the backing vocals, creating an eerie sound that serves the song.
