Do you use a ledger?

So, I have a ledger app that I use to record what my family owes me for small items or groceries and after a full year now.

They owed me over £1700.

My brother thought I was being petty at first for recording outcomes but after I total it up. He was stunned. It may not be a lot to some but money is money.
