@deathfairy haha 😄 theyre odd! It happened to my mrs when she was a bit insistent with the receptionist at the doctors. All of a sudden she got told she abused the staff. Its like she just said shes fed up of being passed around on the phone. These people will use strong terms to play a victim

I would have done the same and without apology, unless I was forewarned of the likely pain about to be experienced. Fuck that dentist, they were on a power trip.
