why do i get stuck on things and just can’t let them go?

doesn’t matter if they are big or small. even if it’s crippling me and someone else. i just can’t move forward.

I know I feel like that when I feel like I lack understanding or insite to a situation.... Or if I haven't got things figured out.

I know this because if there ever is a time I figure a situation out then I experience this inner peace feeling...

@deathfairy look into regulation of your nervous system. Get more into your parasympathetic nervous system. It's a process that requires commitment but it's effective.

Maybe you feel like you let things go too easily in the first instance, or you get carried away in the moment and only later do all the questions come into mind. So you don't feel like you have closure and hence you keep reopening the wound, so to speak.
