@wackidywack I don't blame you. I avoid using SW as a diary most of the time because
1) Majority don't have the capacity to look beyond their own lens and when they do they let their unconscious biases steer the wheel.

2) I'm past the phase of needing validation from SW (although there's nothing wrong with wanting or needing it)

and 3) I'm accountable for my own shit and don't need unnecessary voices added to it unless I value someones life view and perspective.

Meanwhile I could tell a stranger anything and walk away happy as Larry. Try it, feels daunting at first but also liberating. It acts as a stepping stone that can eventually create a ripple effect in other parts of your life.
