i have this unhealthy relationship with anger because I never know how to properly deal with it

Anger sucks. It makes you cray cray over the smallest of things. I hope you find a way, life is too short to wrinkle your pretty face or make enemies over things that won’t even matter in 3 hours time

I have a problem with vengefulness. When I've been wronged there's this thing in me that will make any sacrifice in order to get even, or if not even, to force a bloody draw.

Its not good. I need to get a handle on it before it kills me or someone else or all of the above.

At least you know you have issues.. my brother has anger issues from hell and i don't think he even realizes he is wrong
