Is this normal?

When I am bored or depressed I become really clingy talkative and impatient it’s a way for me to relieve this bad energy inside.
This friend told me today that I talk a lot and I need to calm down…
It felt really awkward and sad afterwards, especially that I am a Leo, he hurt my pride.
The last person he told me that I blocked his num and now he is trying everything to reach out but no exit!

OK so this is basically normal. It doesn't make it any easier on you or the person on the receiving end.
I really do think that it's important for you to work on finding ways to improve your situation.
I won't tell you what to do as that rude.

But find one thing you can do to occupy your time.
If you can do that then you will be able to find some balance and situations like this will hopefully become less and less.

Best of luck to you.

FYI it may seem rude that your friend said this but see it as constructive criticism they could have ghosted you and then you'd have no clue.

It's okay. You have nothing to worry about. Being talkative can be a coping mechanism for anxiety.

Just be you, okay?

[c=004A59]I think a lot of people become talkative when nervous/anxious. Depression usually causes the opposite. Maybe you could journal your moods.[/c]

If you're depressed you usually won't want to talk that much.
I talk a lot sometimes too.
