Exercise. Move. Push yourself a little harder each time.

Get the blood flowing.

But check with a doctor first to make sure its safe first

Sorry about that. Sounds like you have a good plan though

eat things with cinnamon in it, it's one of the best things you can eat for circulation...

@wildbill83 Yes I read this.

Go to the doctor

@TexChik There's really nothing much they can do. Its all just treatment of symptoms like support hose and when it gets bad enough they will take some veins out.
All tests are normal when I've had a couple of physicals.

Its hereditary. My veins are so tiny that I've been denied to donate blood 3 times at different places.
Over time our veins just don't carry blood and fluids back up to the heart as well as needed.
Its actually a common prob esp in women.

This is how my legs look sometimes.
My mom also has lymphodema which is shown in this pic.

@REMsleep have you tried Nattokinase? I’m sure you have tried everything
REMsleep · 41-45, F
@TexChik No but I am seriously willing to try anything before I get as bad as my mom. Thanks for this herb. I am reading now.
Im taking ACV now which seems to help.

Also I know that if I become really inshape avoid carbs that this can only help blood flow and inflammation. I really need motivation.
Thanks❤

Look into the Wim Hof Method. Improved circulation is just one of the many benefits.
I have had horrible IBS/Chrons for years. Nobody but people with this condition can know how disabling it is. Symptoms off the chart. I thought I would need surgery and then be totally disabled...

So I quit eating cheese and all other dairy and cheap bread from the junkfood section of the store. Now only the non-wheat bread and everything healing in the fruit and veggie section (and aloe vera juice too!) and this morning I have no symptoms and for the last week I have felt almost normal.

Fast response too and I'm still pretty old.

Just to join your good story with mine.

The body wants to heal you. Just needs an earnest and honest chance!
Also I knew a diabetic lady with edema like that photo, and now I know a guy with some congestive heart trouble, intermittent and same symptoms of leg-edema

Seems to be a heart/circulatory issue and my guess is that diet can make a big difference, as adult diabetes itself as well as certain heart diseases can larely be controlled with diet, also not saying this is medical advice but only some suggesed directions to focus upon...

@Elevatorpitches Yes nonspecific circulatory issue.
No heart problems and my mother has none either but I agree. It boils down to my body not responding wellto certain modern process foods.
I'm still working really hard to eat clean.
This week swelling was a bit better. I just have to keep pushing.
Thank you.
