Today my partner showed pictures of his friends and I happen to notice one of his female friends is beautiful. Being insecure, I did a comparison with her and I can't help bit to conclude I look hideous compared to her. Now I lost self confidence.

I think the problem is that you are defining what beauty is based on your lack of confidence.

I am willing to bet that you are a beautiful lady and your partner could not be any more proud to be with you.

No need to be jealous as you are his reality.

Be confident in yourself. Understand your talents, you have some that others do not and experiences others do not. Confident people are attractive, even if ordinary looking.
