Mine lost his Father in April last year. I mean there isn't much you can do really, but just let them know that you are here for them. It takes time for sure. I wouldn't bring it up, but anytime they openly wanna talk about it and give you that green light go for it!

What sucks for most men is they don’t know how to cope with pain or loss because society has painted this false image that if a man expresses weakness or emotions then he is weak or less than
