Overwhelmed is the feeling that gets me the most. I'm not great at cardio but taking a nice walk really does help.

@SW-User not avoiding per se.. but it just helps me think better & feel productive while I do it, instead of being so trapped in my head

Cardio exercise helps alot with mental health. I was feeling down 2 days ago. I went for acwalk, fast paced, like magic all those negative thoughts were gone. 😃 Similar Worlds, right?!

Exercise will help, but if you really want to get rid of obsessive intrusive thoughts, CBT, specifically Exposure and Response Prevention is the way to go.

Great coping mechanism. For me, it was that and Lexapro.

Cardio does wonders

@DDonde yeah like I felt I had to get rid of that accumulated negativity that was making me angry and yes great with some crazy music
