2 hours till the mail
Reading The Summer I Died, 2 years or more ago i saw that mentioned on Goodreads as a disturbing book, and it was so cheap, and only now am i getting around to reading it, the time jumps around in it i think the main characters are 8, then teenagers, then it's after college and stuff. Funny banter in it too. Under 7 hours of reading time left in it, if i put my mind to it, i could polish it off before next sleep, but that ain't happening, a good page turner takes a minimum of 2 days for me. Some books that are more like novellas can be done easily in a wake period though.
Film watching is put on hold now, there's just too much to read, and so little time.
I had rice earlier, they're in a cup, and you nuke it for a minute, and all done, splashed some soy sauce and yum yum, i think of countless scenes in Japanese movies like the Zatoichis where one is just scarfing down rice, .... and that is what makes me think that sometimes just having rice is nice, .... but having some peas and chicken in it would be better.
