I understand how you feel but it's never good taking matters into your own hands. Yes I do believe you could use some anger management skills. If nothing else report this person and let the police handle it.

Used to be an a****** got his ass kicked when he earned it.
But now we live in a world of pussies and even though the punk deserves it, if you punch him several times he will call the cops and you will go to jail.
Then you will get your anger management counseling a nice probation officer to talk to once a month and a supervision fee to boot. Oh yeah and a fine.
It's a wonderful program.
I highly recommend it.

I did this once I found out my friends were using the kids food stamp money for drugs I went over and slapped the shit out of her. And it worked they did straiten up
