After watching a short documentary about the FDA being shady about aspartame

I think I'll shun alternative sugar from now on, that's just nuts but I'm not surprised, they used to experiment on entire towns of chemicals and stuff, some of which are still reporting symptoms 50 years after events. I'm not surprised but yeah I think I'll avoid food additives and eat as clean as I can.
all they do is experiment on us..

untested um-trialed zero public data, monkey pox vax anyone.. yum yum..

gimmi double..

I do my very best to stay clear of all artificial sweeteners

@SW-User I'm going to now too but it does make me look at the FDA with distrust knowing they can be bought. They were bought by Nixon even despite aspartame's really bad outcomes.
Substitute sugar is not a great alternative either replace this with honey or regular sugar. Artificial sweeteners cause weight gain, brain tumors, bladder cancer, cardiovascular disease, and many other health hazards the list can go on!

@Souls I love honey so I have no issue with that, regular sugar is okay in small doses. I think I'll do honey mostly.

my wife convinced me to deal with the sugar in soda rather than ingest aspartame but not everyone can do that
