Terrorists can learn how to fly a plane to do damage but can't learn how to fly a plane to do something productive like becoming a pilot? Some dummies

@ElmerWilks That's kind of a moot point, though... we all know that terrorism and criminal activity don't pay - yet, there is still a minority of people who are vulnerable enough to fall for it.
